Schaefer Distinguished Scholar Lecture 2010

Interpreting Research & Scholarship: A Nexus for Change: Dr. Napier will give an overview of how interpreting research and scholarship (for spoken and signed languages) can provide a nexus for change by providing examples of existing interdisciplinary, collaborative research projects that have pushed the boundaries linguistically and ethically. This lecture will appeal to a broad audience of scholars, those interested in research as well as those who study signed languages and those who do not.
