This week Hands On meets a fascinating character from the international Deaf community, Cyril Axelrod. Born deaf, Cyril lost his sight as a result of Usher Syndrome but continues to live independently, traveling the globe doing charity work for others. Cyril communicates in 15 languages, is a qualified massage therapist and the only Deaf-blind priest in the world.
