Deaf Native American Man Shot in the Chest 4 Times

Williams, who was deaf, was shot Aug. 30 by Seattle police officer Ian Birk after he ignored orders to drop a three-inch folding knife.

I am deaf too i think safe if have tag on the paper said i am deaf on the tag and tape on shirts or things so cops will know

The copilot would have a warning shot in air! Reacted not, then that is Deaf! One must have a witness that the copilot John knows well, it shoots immediately on him?! Suspiciously…. best regards Chris
