Part 3 of an amateur Canadian documentary chronicling the activities of the Deaf Bilingual Coalition as the protested the Alexander Graham Bell Association's activities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Deaf Bilingual Coalition (DBC) is a grass-roots organization whose aim is to prevent the Alexander Graham Bell Association from spreading injustice, elimination of the use of Sign Language, and oppression by the audists. The DBC promotes the basic human right of all Deaf babies and children to have access to language and cognitive development through American Sign Language.
