China Deaf Camp

Wow! I love this video... I have recently started studying Mandarin. I will stay in China this summer 2012 for 10 weeks, I want to get in contact with deaf people. Please can somebody will tell me where I can find deaf community in Shanghai or Fujian Province. Thank you very much (^-^)
