Beyond Words: Synergy Dance Plus ASL, 4

Part 4 consists of audience response to the performance as well as reflection on the creative process by those involved. "Beyond Words:Synergy Plus ASL" is a modern dance based on Debbie Rennie's ASL poem "Black Hole: Color ASL." The performers include the members of Utah Valley University's Synergy Dance Company and students in the Deaf Studies Program. It was performed on the opening night of Deaf Studies Today! 2006 to a live audience of conference goers and local members of the Deaf community.
