i am learning BSL because i want to communicate with all people, not just the hearing i have grew up with. if i am honest, still, i never gave things like this a thought before. how frightening, scared and alone deaf people must feel in situations like this. but also how frustrating, angry and appalled at todays society also. the majoritary of people deaf/hearing whatever, live the same day to day life's and yet if your deaf you are treated as a second class citizen. maybe not intentionally or through prejudice, but forgotten and the different needs are not taken into account. this video has opened my eyes, and made me ashamed that i hadn't saw or thought ofthis side before, but also angry at the world i live in. a world that can invent all the gadgets we have today, but not see the simple changes to include and accommodate the basic things for deaf people that hearing people take for granted.

Very good outlining obvious problems and interesting to see we still have this communication problem and needs to be sorted!
